RETURNS POLICY

If your product is not as advertised, faulty or doesn’t meet current standards as required by current Australian law, we will replace, rectify or repair as per current consumer legislation.

You may visit the ACCC website at www.accc.gov.au for additional information on your consumer rights.

Please choose carefully as there will be no refunds on products simply due to change of mind.

Faulty products may need to be returned either to Brewing Revolution or to the manufacturer or their agent for processing of warranty claims. Generally, cost of postage or freight for return items is your responsibility.

Damage to goods in transit is not the responsibility of Brewing Revolution or their associated interests or entities. Every effort will be made by Brewing Revolution to ensure orders are packed carefully to minimise the risk of damage. Any issues with damage caused in transit should be taken up with the relevant carrier at the first opportunity.
